Some people want me to stop writing about harsh reality

Not knowing this written spirituality helps me breathe

Some people want me to stop writing about what I see

A harsh reality with violence daily on ever show on T.V.

Some people want me to stop writing about my ominous thoughts

Born into sin where the good die young is what I was taught

Some people want me to always write about a fun filled fantasy

A lie about how everyone is happy & everyone is free

Some people want me to always write about joy & eternal peace

As I do though a person of truth will never leave out reality

Some people don’t care that I write or why I write

Not knowing I write for them to bring all their darkness

Only speak when spoken to

Everything I need to say

Is written in this truth

 

Stop, read & think

Not writing this for myself

Will continue to bring influential thoughts

Until my earthly death

 

Sent to uplift the spirit

Massage your inner soul

Teach many lessons poetically

To bring light to a world dark & cold

 

I refuse to say much

I’m tired of casual conversation

Hours people waste not saying anything

A revolution is in the making

Could travel the seven seas

Never finding any peace

Could have love for everyone

Never being completely free

Could climb the highest mountain

Never feeling I’m at the peak

Could give the world my heart

Never receiving joy only misery

Could take a journey to the stars

Never finding my way lost in a galaxy

Could hand my soul over to life

Never understanding why completely

Could live a rebel and die a king

Never thinking how much the world

Be afraid of wrongful actions that are not right

 

Be not afraid of using your mind

Be afraid of continuous idle wasted time

 

Be not afraid of the love in your heart

Be afraid of hate that hides in the dark

 

Be not afraid of standing alone on your own

Be afraid of remaining blind never becoming grown

 

Be not afraid of being yourself

Be afraid of who you pretended to be until

Death

Everyday people are human beings

Happiness or sorrow always seen

Walk this land by the billions

Lost to iniquity by the millions

Filled with love or hate they are

Some dreams crash others go far

Work long hours of the day

Turn to see many bills to pay

Raise lovely families with children

Hope to peer pressure they are not pulled in

Enjoy sunny days & spring weather

Praying that the world will get better

Long walks in peace living the life

Trying desperately to escape pain & strife

Delicate balance must always be kept

Good equal longevity Evil equal death

Everyday people walk this land by the billions

Though many are lost to iniquity by the millions
