I am Dwayne P. Carter the inspirational poet. I was born and raised in Greenwood S.C. My father and mother are Willie M. Carter and Bert P. Carter. They birth two beautiful children, Melvin J. Carter and the aspiring poet myself Dwayne P. Carter. My life and much of my work revolve around my entire family and our strength and honor we possess. The life I have lived from birth until the present has been nothing less than a roller coaster ride filled with ups and downs. Thanks to my heavenly father there has been more joy than pain. Always having a positive attitude I have been able to carry many burdens and lift them off of others. To deal with my pain and to help others through a tough Monday or work week I write inspirational poems on all subjects ranging from love, world peace, a woman’s worth, tough situations and fascination that you will come to learn and see.

Down through the years I have been as patient as a rock in a hard place that has lost hope and settled for its environment. Many times during my youth I was treated cold for know apparent reason. I look back on my past as those were just kids being kids and adults as well. I’ve forgiven all who have treated me poorly and I forgive all who will treat me bad because its not them, it’s the devil inside of them that they’re holding on to. Also during my youth I have felt like an out cast and still do to this day. I accept it now with open arms because I have learn to find pure happiness you must be comfortable in your own skin. Millions of people are not. Many people feel like an out cast and scared to be themselves but don’t have the heart to admit it. I do. Everything I believe and want the world to know I put on paper. I have nothing to hide and neither should you.

There are three people I trust and live and die for each and everyday of my life and they are me, myself and I. I was born into this world into sin and innocent child and I will leave this world through one hole innocent. No temptation will provoke me to commit theft of any kind whether material or someones life as you will read in my book. Truth hurt only the people who can not handle it, sad to say, which is millions and millions of people. People who recognize and accept truth will not be bothered by truth. You all know who you are because you may have got a good feeling from this statement. You are the people who will help me and many others make a positive change in this world. Keep your head up, back straight, and speak proudly so others will recognize your truth and become followers of truth.

I remain humble and unselfish one hundred and ten percent of my life. I have learned people who take other peoples kindness for a weakness are setting themselves up for a major dissapointment. If you are one of these people you better watch it because the eye that see’s all is watching you and the negative tension you’re creating will blow up in your face one day. May not be today, tomorrow, this month or next year but the day will come. It always happens that way simply because goodness always, always, always, reins victorious. Everyone should know that.

To whom it may concern: You can not find something that was never lost. There is love in your heart no matter how much you have hate for a different race no matter who you are. Everyone was born innocent until the corruption of the world got involved in there lives. Everyone who is and was bad, evil and a hell raiser was once good until that day they change. Remember that.
